For each visitor to our Web site, our Web server automatically recognizes only the visitor’s public IP address and certain information tracked by Google Analytics software such as the visitor’s geographic location and referring URL (the website on which visitors may have clicked a link to our domain), but not a user’s e-mail address.
We collect only the e-mail addresses of those who communicate with us directly via e-mail; the public IP address of our visitors, aggregate information on what pages visitors access or visit; and information volunteered by the visitor, such as survey information and/or site registrations, name and address, telephone number, and/or email address.
The information we collect is used for internal review and is then used by us to contact businesses for marketing purposes or is discarded.
With respect to cookies we do not directly set any cookies on a visitor’s computer, however Google Analytics code embedded in our domain’s web pages does.

While we do not actively collect information from consumers on our Web site, as part of our promotion and marketing services we do receive information collected by promotion sponsors or other parties contracted to collect such information, and use it only to perform our contracted business services, such as performing random drawings and other administrative tasks related to our business. That information typically includes name and address, and may include telephone number, email address and/or other data. We do not share our clients’ customer information with other parties unless it is specifically in the furtherance of our administrative services, or in response to a bona fide government or legal request. A client’s data at all times remains the property of the sponsor(s), is used only for the promotion for which it was provided, and is retained on our systems until the completion of the program, after which time the data is destroyed.
In our role as the administrator of hundreds of games, contests and sweepstakes every year, we take the stewardship of our customers’ data very seriously. We employ hardware and software solutions that, coupled with our policies, procedures and training, serve to greatly minimize the risk of accidental or intentional data breaches. We also monitor the health of our network systems using internal and third-party testing, in accordance with industry best practices.
