A quick note on privacy and data security...

In our role as the administrator of hundreds of games, contests and sweepstakes every year, we take the stewardship of our customers’ data very seriously. We employ hardware and software solutions that, coupled with our policies, procedures and training, serve to greatly minimize the risk of accidental or intentional data breaches. We also monitor the health of our network systems using internal and third-party testing, in accordance with industry best practices.

In addition, we participate in the Direct Marketing Association’s Safe Harbor Program and are certified with the U.S. Department of Commerce with respect to the processing of data from the European Union.
